What is Christlike Informal Mentoring?
We suggest three Biblical examples rather than a definition. Therefore, Christlike informal mentoring is what Jesus did with the Twelve, what Barnabas did with Saul and John Mark and what Paul did with Timothy, Titus, Priscilla and Aquila and others.
Who are pastors?
Pastors are those who have a shepherding, equipping role with a group of people.
Who can be a part?
Any pastor, individual, ministry, denomination or church that embraces the PMIN vision, values and purposes and wants to mentor or disciple pastors toward Christlikeness
